OUR BUSINESS
Direct Investments - We acquire and operate income producing properties across smaller cities in BC. Our vertically-integrated operator platform includes in-house capabilities to improve and reposition existing assets, enhance property management, and drive leasing results.
Advisory - We offer specialized third party services to investors and property owners. Whether it's transactional & due diligence support, financial underwriting, capital advisory, or strategy consulting, our comprehensive range of services draw upon our expertise as principal investors and may be tailored to the client's need.
TEAM
Our principal is an investment professional with experience executing on over $190MM of commercial real estate transactions across various asset types and submarkets in Canada and the US. He has been involved through all aspects of the investment life cycle: partnership structuring, deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, business plan execution, commercial leasing, asset management, and disposition.
Previously, the principal has represented institutional level private equity firms, development companies, and multinational family offices across Canada and the United States.
